Wanaka A & P Show

The Wanaka A & P Show is the second largest A & P Show in the South Island. It is situated beside Lake Wanaka and takes place the second weekend in March.

The A & P Show attracts around 40,000 annually and hosts over 500 trade exhibitors. Livestock competitions include equestrian, cattle, sheep, Boer goats plus fleece and home industry competitions. Shearing and axemen are also important displays at this event.
